Jimmy Brings is Australia’s first on-demand alcohol delivery service. Working together from day one, we were enlisted to create the brand identity and a responsive eCommerce website for online ordering. We’ve continued working with Jimmy Brings to build their brand story, support their marketing initiatives and develop their digital product offering.

Who the hell is Jimmy?

The identity offers a contemporary take on 1920’s prohibition era bootleggers. We created a personality around ‘Jimmy Brings’, brought to life through a dynamic logo, contrasting black and white colour palette and a tone of voice with attitude.

The man in the frame

To bring the Jimmy Brings personality to life, we directed and shot a key suite of imagery centred around ‘the mugshot’, which can be seen emblazoned on their delivery vans across metropolitan Sydney.

Throwing open the doors

We launched the service with an eCommerce website, optimised for a seamless mobile ordering experience. We made sure every detail reflected the brand identity, from the restrained colour palette, to the sharp tone of voice, and streamlined checkout.

Temptation’s a tap away

In 2016, we created the Jimmy Bring’s native app. With most customers ordering on their mobile devices, often on the go, we leveraged the appeal of a dedicated iOS and Android app to improve the ordering experience and drive sales.

Eyes on the prize

To complete the Jimmy Bring’s experience we created a simple order tracking solution, enabling customers to see who’s delivering their order, where it is, and an estimated delivery time.

Rewarding loyalty

The app also gave us the opportunity to drive repeat sales through a customer loyalty and referral program, rewarding customers with Jimmy’s cash to spend on their next order.

Growing the brand

As Jimmy Brings’ creative partner, we have continued growing the brand story through developing creative marketing concepts and driving key campaigns.

Jimmy’s wines

We helped Jimmy Brings enter new territory by developing a range of their own wines through the concept of ‘The Family’. Each wine in the range personifies a different member of the fictional Jimmy Brings family, representing the different notes, characteristics and nuances which come with each varietal.
